'What happens when' is a restaurant exhibition in New York designed by Metrics Design Group. Starting with a restaurant that is a blank canvas, every 30 days the space is redesigned right down to the menu. The installation below consists of fabric strips suspended from a ceiling frame, and was inspired by Valentine's day. I look forward to seeing what they do next!
